First of all, click Start, then click Run. My Start Menu might looks a little different, but I'm sure yours are there :) .

Then, please type "dxdiag" on the Run window. Click OK to continue.

After that, this window will appear. Copy down all the information in red arrow. Just so you know, this is the CPU Power and RAM information.

By the way, this picture can be clicked and enlarged if you can't see it.
Now click on the Display tab to get the Graphic Card and Driver Information. Copy the ones with the red arrows.

And that's it. When asked for the information, just give them to us and we'll be more than happy to help :) .
